ROMIL (Risico-prioritisatie en ontwikkeling van multimethoden voor de analyse van migrerende inkt- en lijmcomponenten via voedselcontactmaterialen in levensmiddelen)
Ciboris is cooperating in a research project called
‘Risk prioritisation and development of multimethods for the analysis of migrating ink and
glue components through food contact materials in food matrices’,
in cooperation with Ghent University (Prof. B. De Meulenaer and Prof. L. Jaxcsens)
and Pack4Food (consortium on food contact materials and food and packaging industry) .
The aim of this project is to develop a multi-method for a broad scope of compounds used in food contact materials
to detect these compounds in various food matrices.
Some of the results of this project are published in the following publication:
Gas and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry methods for the analysis in food of 110 chemicals from printing inks and adhesives used in food contact materials.
